The feeding tray on my Catit PIXI Smart 6-meal Feeder has stopped moving, what should I do?
If the tray can’t move because it’s briefly jammed by an obstruction, or when met with some other kind of resistance, it will rotate in reverse and stop. The display will count down from 60 seconds and then the feeding tray will rotate again.
Can I flush Go Natural Wood Clumping Litter down the toilet?
We recommend disposing of your cat's litter in the bin rather than flushing them, though our litter is perfectly flushable thanks to its natural composition.
Are Catit Cat Carriers airline approved?
While they are designed to a high standard, you should check specific requirements with your local public transportation service or airline before travel.
How can I make my Catit Flower Fountain run more quietly?
Make sure that the surface underneath your fountain is sturdy and completely level. Place your fountain on the floor, not on a table or a countertop. A wooden floor will naturally be noisier than a concrete floor or tiles. Also, fill your fountain all the way up to the wavy line in the plastic rim, and clean your pump each month.
