"Really difficult to get out of the box. Bit dissapointed its not like the pics as mine has arrived with 2 thin strips of fake fur instead of the feather ends as described. Its slapping the cats in the face but they seem to like it. Just think the feathers would have been so much better as thats what encouraged me to buy it for them"
