"Our Cabrio door was damaged in a fall (Cat wasn't in it). Our Cabrio is over 10 years old. I wasn't expecting the replacement to fit and it does. Colours didn't match, Ours is Grey with Orange accents, White front access flap and feeding tray. I just transferred those across as they were undamaged."
"Would recommend, many thanks ordered for my 84yr future step-mum who had fallen on top of her cat carrier, and unfortunately broke the door of hers. she then ordered from another company a large cat carrier which her cat would not fit so wasent very large. She was so upset when i went to see her so ordered her the replacement door which fitted perfectly and she was extremely happy with it and that you also sent some cat treats. "After 20 years the catch on the door on our Cabrio carrier failed. Noting these were still being made and looking roughly the same (except colours) we got in touch with CatIT and asked if the replacement door they sell would fit. They confirmed that it would. We placed the order and a few days later it arrived - and fits perfectly! What a wonderful thing in this age of redundancy, this product is still current and supported.
