The side clips are

"The side clips are very stiff and do not loosen with time. Especially worse for people with weak muscles or arthirits. . Having to clean the litter box several times a week for my kittens and clips NOT sliding easily gave me sore fingers. I do not reccommend this product at all. Atrocious customer service too as replied to my email after 3 months with no good solution. Avoid!"

Our old cat is

"Our old cat is set in her ways and we had to take the flap off the old litter box for her to get used to it, so we really like that the door/hatch that you use to clean it on this one can be left open. . She got straight in. Although it looks big, it fits nicely in the space better than our old one and definitely seems a better height for our cat to do her business. Seems a good litter box."

I bought this Catit

"I bought this Catit box as I alraedy have 1 for my other cat. This litter box is great in lots of ways but its not as good as the older model I have (which I think is a jumbo). The fixing between base and lid are really difficult to open and close its not a quick job to release to clean like the other one. The flap doesn't fit as well and its more difficult to open up fully. It just doesnt feel as good quality and as sturdy. It also does allow some smell out which we have never had any problems with on the older one. It does the job but if I could go back I would buy the older version again."

Spacious litter tray but

"Spacious litter tray but not particularly robust. Have inserted stainless steel tray to beef it up. High sides on the base are a good feature. The Side locks were very stiff initially but fine after a couple of uses. Overall, plasticky and a bit flimsy for the price. Time will tell how long it lasts. Does prevent litter being kicked out onto floor, as would any enclosed litter tray."
