This seagrass scratching post

"This seagrass scratching post was a great replacement for the current post that my cat had ripped to pieces (literally). Only time will tell if it lasts, though. It's slightly taller than its predecessor, wh8ch works out better for my cat to ""stand up"" further, plus more surface to get her claws into. This post also seems more sturdy, as the last one used to wobble a bit, then tilt, as time went on. I dropped a star, though, because I was expecting at least one screw to come with it. (Whilst comparing different posts, I did see posts sold that included this type of screw; I thought this was one of them whilst I was browsing. ) My current post's screw has become ""stuck"" in the fitment of the top ""shelf"", so I shall need to find another replacement somewhere - without p&p, otherwise it will make it even more expensive. However, the post itself, so far, seems great and my cat likes it, which is the main thing."
